Sometimes a single session is enough. Sometimes the same problem keeps returning, movement continues to feel restricted, or your goals require more consistency than occasional appointments can provide.
That's where a Care Plan comes in.
Care Plans at Truly Heal Wellness are structured programs built around Integrative Bodywork, individualized programming, and progress tracking over multiple sessions. Instead of treating every appointment as an isolated visit, your sessions work together as part of a larger plan based on your needs, goals, and how you respond along the way.
A Care Plan isn't simply a package of discounted bodywork sessions.
It is a structured approach designed to give your care direction, consistency, and the ability to adapt as you progress.
Your Care Plan begins by establishing what you're experiencing, what you're trying to accomplish, and whether structured care makes sense for you.
From there, your program is built around a series of 75-minute Integrative Bodywork sessions.
Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate:
Therapeutic massage and targeted soft-tissue techniques
Myofascial and trigger point techniques
Cupping or IASTM when appropriate
Assisted stretch therapy
Mobility work
Joint-focused movement
Guided corrective movement and exercise
Movement and postural observations
At-home mobility, stretching, or movement recommendations
Progress tracking throughout your Care Plan
Not every session will look exactly the same.
As your body responds, your needs may change. Your sessions and programming can be adjusted accordingly rather than repeating the same treatment every visit.
Each appointment gives us enough time to combine hands-on soft-tissue work with stretching, mobility, and corrective movement when appropriate.
The specific combination is determined by your individual needs rather than by a predetermined protocol.
Your Care Plan extends beyond what happens during the hands-on portion of your appointment.
When appropriate, you may receive individualized recommendations for stretching, mobility, corrective movement, or other practical strategies to support the work we're doing during your sessions.
The goal isn't to overwhelm you with exercises.
It's to give you practical things you can realistically use between appointments.
A Care Plan gives us an opportunity to look at change over time instead of judging everything by how you feel immediately after one session.
We can monitor relevant areas such as:
Mobility
Comfortable range of motion
Movement restrictions
Areas of recurring muscular tension
Functional goals
Your response to treatment and movement strategies
Your own experience of progress
Progress isn't expected to look identical for every person.
The purpose of tracking is to help determine whether the approach continues to make sense and whether something needs to be adjusted.
Your body isn't static, so your Care Plan shouldn't be either.
What you need during your first session may not be what you need several sessions later.
Hands-on techniques, stretching, mobility work, corrective movement, and at-home recommendations can be modified as appropriate throughout the program.
The plan provides structure without turning your care into a rigid protocol.
A Care Plan may be appropriate if you:
Have a concern that repeatedly returns
Experience persistent muscular tension or restriction
Have ongoing mobility or movement limitations
Have postural or repetitive-use concerns
Want to improve flexibility or comfortable movement over time
Need both hands-on bodywork and movement-focused strategies
Have already tried occasional sessions but want a more consistent approach
Want accountability and progress tracking
Prefer having a structured plan rather than deciding what to schedule after every appointment
Not everyone needs a Care Plan.
Some clients do very well with individual Therapeutic Massage, Stretch Therapy, or Integrative Bodywork sessions as needed.
The purpose of the Care Plan is to provide additional structure for the person who needs it, not to turn every client into a long-term program.
Integrative Bodywork is an individual 75-minute session combining hands-on therapy with assisted stretching, mobility work, and/or corrective movement based on what you need that day.
A Care Plan takes that same individualized approach and organizes it across multiple sessions with programming and progress tracking.
Simply put:
Integrative Bodywork = one comprehensive session
Care Plan = structured Integrative Bodywork over time + individualized programming + progress tracking
You can book Integrative Bodywork without enrolling in a Care Plan.
These are not the same thing.
A massage package gives you several regular massage appointments at a preferred rate. It's ideal for consistency, maintenance, recovery, or self-care.
A Care Plan is a structured program.
Your sessions are connected by an individualized plan, and your progress helps guide what happens next.
That's why Care Plans include more than appointment time alone.

Care Plans aren't purchased as ordinary online packages because we first need to determine whether structured care is appropriate for what you're trying to accomplish.
You may begin with an individual session or consultation, depending on your needs.
If a Care Plan makes sense, we'll discuss:
Your primary concerns
Your goals
Relevant movement or mobility limitations
What you hope to accomplish
The recommended program structure
What you can realistically do between sessions
How progress will be tracked
From there, your Care Plan can be developed around you.
Care Plan enrollment and scheduling are handled directly through Truly Heal Wellness.
Athletes have another structured option.
The CSR+P Plan takes the same principles of individualized programming and progress tracking and applies them specifically to Sport & Combat Recovery + Performance.
CSR+P programming is built around the athletes:
Sport
Training demands
Competition schedule
Current recovery needs
Mobility demands
Training cycle
Pre-event needs
Post-event recovery needs
Because an athlete's needs can change significantly depending on where they are in training or competition, CSR+P programming is designed to change with them.

Structured care doesn't mean doing the same thing six or eight times.
It means having a direction, tracking how you're responding, and adjusting the approach when appropriate.
Whether your goal involves mobility, recurring muscular tension, movement limitations, athletic recovery, or simply becoming more consistent with your care, the plan should reflect the person going through it.
Your body isn't one-size-fits-all. Your Care Plan shouldn't be either.
You don't have to decide that before coming in.
If an individual service is appropriate, that's where we'll start. If your needs and goals suggest that a more structured approach may make sense, we can discuss whether a Care Plan or CSR+P Plan is the better fit.
