Cancellation Policy & Medical Disclaimer

At Truly Heal Wellness, we value your time, your healing, and the opportunity to serve others in need. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients, please review the following policies: Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full cost of the service plus applicable taxes.

• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed treatment plus applicable taxes. If you are on a care plan, the missed session will be deducted from your package.

• 3 consecutive missed appointments will lead to termination of services and will prevent any further appointments to be made 

• If an emergency or unexpected issue arises, please contact me immediately. I’ll do my best to reschedule your appointment and keep your care on track.

• Respecting this policy helps ensure that others in need of care can access available time slots.
